This is a portrait of Seth Jackson, a sincere but sad and, to my mind, troubled young truther from Mississippi. It is quite obvious his 9/11 truth activities are related to his religious beliefs.

That said, I have avoided any editorializing in this video (the footage is from the recent New World Order documentary). The worlds and images speak for themselves. Don't miss the final moments.

How else would you pick them out in a crowd? The mental one or the stupid ones are the truthers? Seems to work 99.9% of the time.

Now that I have answered the peanut galleries heckling, some serious comments about the video.

This video is sad...truly sad. That young man is genuine, and obviously caring for his country. I think he honestly believes what he says. I hope in a few years, when he gets older, and perhaps settles down, that he will see the real truth, and will give up the nonsense someone has filled his head with. It is a person like him, that Alex Jones should TRULY BE ASHAMED of influencing. AJ should crawl under a rock and never come out for turning that poor man into what he has become.

I hope someone sits him down and sets him straight...but I doubt it.

It's really hard for me to feel sympathy for a guy who is so damn arrogant that anyone who is against him is inferior. He actually compares himself to Jesus, thinks he is some sort of religious crusade, and anyone who doesn't buy into his theory is "ignorant" of 9/11.

The worst part is this guy spews crap that has no evidence behind it and I guarantee you he has never looked at what the "other side" has because it would go against his religious beliefs.

**** him, I hope he dies a lonely death and accomplishes nothing. 9/11 Denialism is just a form of escapism for this guy's pathetic life because he is afraid of personal responsibility.

That is kind of harsh man. I don't see him like you do...I see him as very religious, almost like an evangelical christian, and that may be why he comes off to you as "arrogant, comparing himself to jesus". He just doesn't strike me as being bright enough to be that arrogant.

I think he is a simpleton, with strong convictions about 9/11. I think he was shocked by Katrina, and in looking for answers, for someone to take responsibility, he found the govt, and from there he found the 9/11 stuff. It all feeds into his distain for govt, which I think in his case was spawned by Katrina.

I feel sad for him, because he will likely spend years on this crap, likely at the sacrifice of educating himself, getting a real job, a real career, perhaps a real family...for what? A pile of lies, a bottle of snake oil.

He is one of the "misled" that I speak of. His case truely is sad.

Kind of harsh? I can't give these people an inch because there is no excuse to still be pushing these "theories" when there is so much information going against them. Whether it is on the internet such as Mark Robert's guide to my videos or the BBC creating 9/11 specials, you can't say you go with "9/11 with an inside job" based on facts, but by choice.

Hence why he gets no sympathy for me; he is doing this by choice and anyone who chooses this path has ulterior motives. I guarantee you that if we sent him information debunking the theories he would most likely reject it just like any other 9/11 denier because this is what he wants.

well if not sympathy, then perhaps pity. This guy seems misled, probably not the sharpest tool in the shed (which is no fault of his own), and was very struck by Katrina. Ultimately, each to their own I suppose. I am not condoning or allowing for what he is saying, but for the person, who to me, is clearly misled, and doesn't know it.

That young man is so sad. It is to prevent more people like him from throwing away their lives on this crap that I keep posting on the blog.

On the Opie & Anthony thing, last weekend a bunch of folks from their message board apparently crashed the weekly "We Are Change" live broadcast and flooded the chatroom there with anti-Truther posts. It was apparently quite amusing but it resulted in the chatroom being shut down for awhile, which is a shame because you can get some subtle digs in at the Troofers.

For example a couple weeks ago Sabrina was arguing with somebody, and a debunker slyly started saying "Don't argue with Sabrina, she's a family member!" Of course about the fifth time Sabrina had to finally admit that she's not a family member. ;)
 
I wonder whether a dedicated thread for WAC and other troofer videos should be set up, in which they humiliate themselves in public for our entertainment.

They have gone to a lot of effort to produce these classics, surely they deserve some posterity, and of course it would be nice to have them all in one place, in order to mock them more comprehensively.

Just a thought.
