Does anyone actually read this drivel as a fan?? Or are the hits to the website all people like me who go to see what ridiculous, abhorrent, and racist drek he's come up with now? I can't even laugh at them anymore, they just make me sad and angry.

I also need a drink...

Yes. Hop on over to FSTDT.net and you'll find several specimen who love Chick Tracts. The example I remember the best is the family that gave trick-or-treaters chick tracts instead of candy.

This is so much like my real life. Except for the drinking part, the bully part, the saving part, the daughter part and her getting saved part.
Other than that, it's just like real life! He must be following me around! Ahhh! Jack Chick is stalking me!

Or he has a hard time picking his nose, I can never remember which.
 
I'm afraid that I have no choice now but to go live alone on a mountain partly because of this piece from one of the quotes at FSTDT.net:

Thanks, Abdul Alhazred. I love reading Jack's tracs. They are so amusing and full of fiction. :)

But I do disagree with you on this point: only a "4" on the craziness index? I know we don't get to see hell, but I thought that the implied hell, especially with the screaming and hot feet going away when jesus' name was invoked, made it more of a "7"..... :)
 
Wait - so he converts to religion to save his own ass, and he's considered a good guy?

Sigh. Sometimes I forget the mandatory disclaimer/warning label I have to stick on whatever link to that site I post. Such as "have something soft within reach for throwing at wall", "turn off and dismantle irony meters", etc. It's easy to become desensitized and forget that there are people who haven't see the site yet. So very sorry.
 
Oh thank God it has a happy ending and God won't torture the poor drunk girl for ever and ever because she took advantage, at the last second, of God's offer of salvation that came about by God letting himself get tortured and killed to appease His own wrath*.

This isn't one of his better tracts - there's no Muslim/Catholic/Satanist/Witch-bashing.
And it makes even less sense than usual. There's this guy whose a truly vicious drunk, he beat and killed his wife, he's known to beat his daughter, he's beaten up the pastor, he seems to beat up anybody he doesn't like. But nobody's put him in jail? And the barkeep still serves him? And his beaten-up daughter chooses to stay in the house with him instead of getting the heck out? Not only that, she takes up drinking with him?
Even by Chick standards, this is dumb.
And where's Fang?

He's an atheist first, and therefore he's a wifebeating drunk. It's all so obvious and predictable since atheists have no moral compass without someone to tell them so.
