Total cost = ($25 to the house) + (a slice for the JREF) + (pot which will come to me)

Also, we can juggle the allocations. I doubt anyone wants to donate more to the Flamingo, but if you want to change the amount to the JREF vs. the amount in the pot, we can talk about that.

NOTE: We will have to take contributions to the JREF separately
