I thought there was a thread on which hotel everyone was booking, but I can't find it. (ok I didn't look that hard )

I also thought Kitty? mentioned something about getting coupons for tokens or something, that there is a site you can go to.

hmm not sure what other questions I should ask soo if there are any other things I need to know about going to TAM3 some one let me know :)

unless something happens, we plan on being there

:D

The hotel is the Stardust, Scarlet. That's the venue where the conference will be held. I was looking for a link about rates and that, but couldn't find it. From memory, it's about $65 per day, not that expensive, huh?

BTW, let me know your room number so that I book mine next door ;);)

Hey, Scarlet! the TAM3 group code for the Stardust is AMAZING.

The weekday price is $60.00 and the weekend price is $90.00 per night.

There was a Hotel thread, but I don't see it now. Hopefully, Linda will repost the hotel info.

If you want a cheaper place right next door, try the Westward Ho. Thursday night for $29, Friday and Saturday for $51 Sunday for $47 check out westwardho.com, it is basically just a giant motel, not really a legit Strip Hotel like it claims but it is another option for those on a limited budget like myself. It is just a short walk from the Stardust. If you don't mind staying downtown which is a ten-minute drive or so, there are even more cheap options.

It is the Stardust Hotel, and the toll free number is 800-634-6757. I've had to commit to a LOT of rooms there, so would appreciate as many people as possible staying at the conference hotel. The price at $60/weekday and $90/weekend is very good for that time of year. Our group code is "Amazing".

Especially when you consider the lousy dollar value.... ;)

Where's my secret decoder ring? I always wanted one of those...

Actually after reviewing this option, after they charge all their surcharges and such, you are spending $52 thursday nights and $70 for Friday and Saturday nights.

And I'm assuming the rooms at the Stardust are double rooms just like the ones at TAM2, so you can share with someone else and pay only 30$ and 45$. Not sure if those motel rooms are double rooms ...

Well, I'm currently in a bit of a financial quagmire, so I won't know absolutely for certain if I can make it until a few months from now :(

*sigh*

I saw on the travel channel there was a web site with all the coupons and deals. I'llhave to hunt around....

Yes, the prices at the Stardust are for a double room.
