Hey, rather than trying to organize a particular game night I want to do like last couple of years and just say that I will be bringing games to the Del Mar each night and anyone else who wants to bring games is free to do so too. My games will be available for anyone to play while I am there and I will be happy to participate in the game if wanted or not if you want to take the game and play it with others.

The games I am likely to bring are Zombie Dice, Zombie Fluxx, Trailer Park Wars, Settlers of Catan dice game and one or two others.

I think this is a great idea! Hopefully my teenaged son and I can hang out on the edge of the Del Mar deli to take advantage of your generosity.

Allecher you can definitely take games and people to the deli area to play, I would be happy to go over there to play.

I do have Munchkin but if you have a favorite version you can bring it. I am getting the new version of Ogre as soon as Steve Jackson finishes it (I was in on the kickstarter) but I don't have it. If you want to bring it, I would be happy to play that too.

I don't have it, but been aching to play it. :)

Me too! I only had the C64 Ogre game because I was too busy buying D&D stuff in the 80s. It wasn't until someone showed me Car Wars that I realized what I'd been missing. The kickstarter also has a mini Ogre for people that pledged $150, but I didn't go that high. :(

I'm not a gamer myself but I just wanted to say that it's nice to see something like this get out in front of the sexual harassment postings about TAM.

I'll be there if I'm awake. :) I used to have Ogre; it's possible I still do, somewhere; I'll bring it if it turns up. I'd like to play Fluxx or Munchkin, too.

Don't worry about whether or not you know how to play them going in; the willingness to learn is the more important part.

Also, most of these games can be learned in a few minutes by casual observation and on-the-job training. You know, like Governor of Texas. :D
