Great idea, bigkevs! I vote for the MST3K version.
May I suggest, if there is space on the agenda, that there be a screening of "Plan 9 from Outer Space."
I am opposed to this.
So, can you be more specific about your reasoning?
I think he may just be opposing on principle.![]()
ah, he's going all Newtonian on us ("For every action . . . ")
Something like that. Or, "anything worth proposing is worth opposing."![]()
I confess that I'm having trouble imagining how it would actually work - where would we screen it, would people actually sit around and watch it, etc etc, but if I simply rejected plans because I couldn't see how they could possibly work out, I'd never go on a date.
So, can you be more specific about your reasoning?
There is a movie theatre in the South Point, and it's possible to get it for private screenings.
It's just a question of when to do it, and is there enough interest to make it worthwhile.
TAM falls on the weekend the final Harry Potter movie opens. Any screening of anything else might have to be in the conference room![]()
Harry Potter outing, anyone? Seeing "Predators" last year was fun!
