Swollen lymph nodes

for about a year, a lymph node behind my left year has been swollen.
recently i noticed some hard lumps under my chin... are they lymph nodes there???
Is this a cause of major condition??

And as soon as possible! Today, if you can!
They could be benign, hopefully they are, but swollen lymph nodes can be a symptom of all kinds of diseases, most of them, thank science, curable.

My understanding is that it could also be something much more serious.
