Energized water into wine

James Randi said:
But he does want your money. He’ll ship you a gallon of his “energized” water for $30, plus $6.60 for the special Lexan bottle – to hold in all that energy, you see! – plus another $30 for shipping. That’s only $66.60 a gallon, folks, and if you’re not scared by the numerology, order it! That comes to $8.33 a pint, but it’s energized, so drink up!

$66.60/gallon. Hmmm.

I'm in Canada. So that's $CAD 77.16 for 3.79 litres. Or $15.27 for 750 ml, which is the standard size of a wine bottle in Canada. I'm no wine expert, but $15.25 isn't a bad price for a bottle of wine.

It probably tastes better than the water, too.

(Thanks to www.xe.com for the currency conversion, and the Linux 'units' program for the US gallons to litres conversion.)

Here's what i want to ask the devout Christians...What will the stump do with the offerings?

I wish people citing such web pages would mention the fact that to view the site requires registration.

I do not care to register with the NYT now or ever, as I am unlikely to view their site of my own accord.

I have the same problem ... now! It worked a couple of days ago, though!
