With regard to this story....

Passengers Questioned After Dutch F-16s Escort U.S. Plane to Airport


I heard a brief interview between a Fox News person and an official at the Amsterdam
airport..

The official pretty much answered ‘ No comment.. ‘ to all the questions,
including this one..

The question was something like :

“ Would you say the aircraft was brought back to the airport, because a crosscheck
of the passenger list after it was airborne turned up something suspicious ? “


Is that how they do it now ?

(edited to wonder) If this whole thing is going to prove such an ongoing fiasco for the remainder of the war on terror, who needs "suiciders" to cripple the airlines? Give a couple of kids some credit cards and some telephones to buy up airline tickets for Osama Yomama, Saddam Insistent, Mohammed Ali and Habib Torqemada on every transatlantic flight for a month and you've effectively crippled the airlines.
