I run a cleft lip/palate support twitter account. In order to find tweets to retweet using this account, I've set up TweetDeck with a search column that shows any tweet with the terms "cleft", "harelip", or "hairlip".
Now, 90% of the tweets have nothing to do with cleft lip/palate issues. Most are either porn spam, "cleft of the rock" religious tweets, or references to how hot that celeb with the cleft chin is.
Then there is a good percentage of these strange tweets, coming from a couple dozen different accounts, e.g.:

None of the tweets are the same, but they all follow the same format:
- Twitter handle with what looks to be a LastnameFirstnameNumber(s)
- A perfectly normal looking twitter account photo
- No profile
- An opening word salad that contains the word "cleft"
- A colon
- Some combinations of letters
Looking back at their previous tweets, they all follow the same format with or without "cleft".
There are no links so I can't see it as spam. Any idea what these tweets are for?
