Strange Light in Cologne- Germany

Why does your Youtube presentation automatically load some other Youtube about Batman?

It looks roughly like the shape of a streetlight surrounded by such utter blackness that that you can't compare it to anything.

And the movement? That's obviously the camera operator.
 
German police report sait it was a ballon.

Cologne - Cologne, this phenomenon is observed more often in the night sky, unexplained lights, bright objects, move silently and quickly over the city. Behind it are UFOs. No joke! It is Unlawful Flight objects.

Also on Friesenplatz they made a stir. Resident George Hemmersbach (92) tells excitedly, "I lay in bed and looked out into the dark night. As they came flying, seven colorful light balls up like pearls on a necklace. As fast as a helicopter, but totally silent. I woke my wife, we went onto the balcony. Then again three floated in the dark and very fast high-pass, and then another three! "

Are these UFOs? This question shot the urkölschen couple - married for 65 years, 44 years in the same apartment - of course through my mind. For not a plausible explanation, they had at hand: "We actually typed on balloons," said his wife, Wilma (85). "But not at night, flying through Cologne!"

There is absolutely nothing we can determine about the contents of that video. It's 138 frames, 400x220 pixels, and 4.6 seconds long at ~30fps. Even when I view it by tweaking zoom, sharpness, brightness, contrast, and/or saturation, there's nothing that would separate it from pointing a camera at a stationary light and wiggling the camera, or following a kid who is running across the backyard holding a flashlight.
 
Maybe Nena was filming a sequel video to 99 Luftballons. A lower budget affair this time maybe.

Hi Aliens. "Why not" isn't always the best question around which to initiate a discussion about a belief. After all, why not believe in fairies and goblins - or Santa Claus for that matter? I certainly can't prove that they don't exist. So a better question would be for me to ask you: Why do you believe in aliens?

I just played it again and it didn't happen. After the UFO we were treated to some guy swearing in German about Batman
 
If that was a UFO of reasonable size, and accelerated like that... Any passenger would be puree.

Aliens almost certainly do exist. Intelligent aliens with our level of technology or greater are much less likely to exist. Aliens which have come to Earth, or are even aware of our existence, almost certainly don't exist.
