Something for military hardware fans

Depending o how much ammo was in that tank it's a fair chance that that missle would o something simular to any tank in existance.

I should imagine so. It was certainly very comprehensive.

Well as I said it depend how much ammo (and what type) was inside. If the thing was loaded with HEAT or HE rounds then I'm less supprised.

It says the tank was "Fully Tactical". Do you suppose that translates to "Fully loaded with ammo"?

Fairly old video I'm afraid... here's some more...

Scarey thing is... we're already selling this system to all our "friends".

The sale to Jordan includes the purchase of more than 110 missiles and 30 Command Launch Units (CLU), training devices, logistics support, associated equipment and training.

"We are extremely pleased to introduce Javelin to the international defense community," stated Mike Crisp, president, Javelin Joint Venture. "The lightweight, Javelin anti-armor weapon system can be quickly deployed wherever needed and immediately available to engage the enemy. The one-man-transportable Javelin, with its ability to destroy both armor and fixed targets, such as bunkers and buildings, meets that need."

Who will Jordan be firing them at???

Probably. The t-72 has that 125mm gun/missle lancher doesn't it? I imagaine that would produce quite an explosion if it went off perticerly due to all the amunition kept in the turret.
