Skeptic Podcasts?

I've recently started dabbling with listening to podcasts. I had gotten discouraged before because my Philips MP3 player has the charming "feature" of resuming at the beginning of the last "song" you were listening to. With a one-hour podcast, which I would listen to in several sessions, that made it impossible, since you can't fast forward within a song. The RealPlayer application on my Palm also had the same "feature" (although it would be possible to fast forward on that).

Fortunately, a friend pointed me to the pTunes app on the Palm, which resumes right where you left off, and I'm in business. I've listened to the New England Skeptics podcast, Skepticality, and Audiomartini. I heard Randi on one of these mention that he will have his own podcast soon, and I tought he said January 10. But I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone have recommendations of good skeptic programs available in a downloadable MP3 format?

Not really a skeptic programme, but the Ricky Gervais Show is very funny and he is a big skeptic.

BTW, do you 'member the name of the musician that they had on. "Brains, Body, Both"? I tried scanning the titles, but I didn't see anything that struck a chord.

Swoopy sounded really good, as did Derek. Derek sounds remarkably well, I wish him a speedy rehabilitation.

Swoopy positively swooned when she said your name. It sounded like Derek was actually jealous. He was grinding his teeth in a silent rage as Swoopy went on and on with gushing praise for you, Fowl. She got breathless, and light headed. I think they had to edit a four hour Fowlsound inspired swoon out of the podcast.

If you want to hear the swoon, I'd hold off passing over the TAM4 material to them until she produces the edited out portion.

I promise that I'll be bitterly resentful and curse your name to all that'll hear for "stealing my idea" and "strongarming me out of the 'industry'". I'll end my days as a drunk, in a seedy bar in Mauratania, listening to the podcasts, over and over again.

Actually, it wouldn't be all that hard, even considering the distance between us. VOIP is fairly standard fair nowadays, and Skype is all in place.

All we should need is the mics and headphones.....
