Under Obama's administration illegal immigrants will receive the earned income tax credit.

A mother making 15K a year with 2 kids gets about 5K from the government.

I say this is unfair to taxpayers. Liberals will say that all non white people are victims and that the rich are evil so its OK.

What do the luminaries at JREF say?

Add that to the 4 Trillion in spending Obama wants I guess
 
How much more would it cost to deport all of these people? Got answers? No, I didn't think so.
 
Because obviously letting people starve is the better option.
 
Even legal immigrants should not get welfare. Send them back before they starve.
 
Wait... I thought taxes were evil? So isn't it a good thing that someone is paying less of them?
 
Wait, how are all these illegal immigrants earning an income? Should responsible job creating business owners be hiring illegal immirants? It's like they want to have their cake and eat it too: hire people who are willing to work for less than a citizen would, and when they start asking questions get rid of them, because they shouldn't be here in the first place.

OK, great. When are Republicans going to appropriate enough money to actually deport them all? You know since they control both chambers of Congress.

I'm from Canada. In no way do I feel entitled to American welfare.

Though I'm also a schemer.

I have a buddy who does programing for and American company, gets paid American wages. How hard would it be for him to file a tax return as an illegal claiming about 15k in order to get the bonus 5k?

'will' should be 'could'.
'get' should be 'could get'.
'I say this is' should be 'if true, this would be' .
The rest of that paragraph is too ridiculous to correct, as is the last sentence.

I think he has to have kids to get the $5K

He still can get medicaid and $200 in food stamps each month

Oh and free health care

That's how the law works

I agree not all illegals will get the EITC. I think 85% of immigrants from Mexico are on welfare, so think about that.

It's a lot of welfare going to the poor illegals

Not a benefit to this country
 
I'll ask again: These illegal immigrants are apparently earning an income and paying taxes (or they wouldn't be eligible for a tax credit). So apparently companies are hiring illegal immigrants (because they're cheaper) and then footing society with the bill of cleaning up the mess. Yet somehow only the immigrants are responsible?

The companies aren't breaking the law based on Obama's executive amnesty

The point is this is all legal under Obama

So you're saying that before the amnesty they were breaking the law and Obama has helped companies that have hired illegal immigrants avoid prosecution?

If it's legal for them to work, the same tax laws apply, and their illegality isn't the issue.
If it's illegal for them to work, they're not taxed anyway because they're not officially there, so the tax credits wouldn't be the issue. Why conflate the two issues?
