I've written back to this applicant asking for some more details, and for a test proposal.

This just came in from the sole applicant who was actually tested in 2004, Cameron Johnson, who wrote to me a few months ago with some questions as vague as those you now see below. I told him he needed to wait 12 months before we would accept a new application from him. Shortly thereafter, I received the application from Sharlene.

It is now clear to me that Sharlene is the woman he brought with him to act as "receiver" at his test, which he of course failed spectacularly.

kramer cam what i was saying is sharlene wants to try for the money and that try for it anytime is allright though who by mouth threw in i havet to wait a year dont know if ill be around so the next best thing is to put the app in her name wich i believe youve gotten whats so hard about retesting its at my exspence so far as the application doesnt say wait a year everything is in her name im just the sender shes the receiver understand.

As regards Sharlene's application, we cannot correspond with you about it. It is Sharlene's application. I asked her for more details about her claim but received no response from her. A few weeks later I got the letter I'd sent to her back with a Post Office stamp on it that stated she was no longer at that address. At that time, I closed her file.

Tell Sharlene to email me if she wishes to discuss her claim.
