The following is a post from my up and coming bureaucrat roomie about governance of a school club.

He'd like comments. For myself I'd rather watch paint dry.

The actions encased in this post do not necessarily reflect the poster Fid, just his idiot roommate with too much damn time on his hands. Anyhow, this flow chart is to represent how the club I am the secretary of is to govern it's self. I have chosen the Madisonian model of checks and balances and of seperation of powers.

Why is this pissant flow chart needed? Good question Timmy. It is needed because the anal members of the club have to have every little piece of legislation gilded and jesus frigging christ approve it before they will even think about letting it pass. It took me almost three weeks to even get them to think about having a nominal change in how the club operates, and I had to create this flow chart to prove to them that it is needed.

These people are so fricking liberal that I am worried that the club colors are not the UN's. I am even more worried that they do not bow down to the little Koffi Annan statuette that is being built in one of the corners of the room. They are seriously afraid of change, this is what this battle is boiling down to: they want to keep their little enclave of leftism intact and make it as hard as possible to let any sort of free exchange of ideas intrude that do not match their orthodoxy.

Good luck reading it, the PDF maker kinda chewed it a little and god speed.

PS. Thanks for reading this stuff and your comments are most welcomed.

PPS. Fid made me write the last thing... save me.... he is right behind me... help!

The preceeding screed was brought to you by a hormone inflamed post teenager. He has also been directed to get his own dang account.

d) In the event of the Oversight Committee objecting to a proposal's Constitutionality, the only recourse for the Legislative and Executive Committees is to either amend the Constitution, which takes unamious agreements between the Executive and Legislative Committees.

The statement ".....is to either amend the Constitution...." should be followed by more than one option. I think you meant to include "or to amend the proposal".
I would also simply state the Constitution must be amended and then include a further section setting out how the Constitution is to be amended, rather than trying to include it all in the one clause.

Sansha.

The possum thanks you

So do I, thanks for the comment. Hopefully I would be able to pass my piece of legislation with your help.

Thanks.
