To me, it looks like a spoof. The forums have one topic: "Are you people sane?", and the Computer Generated Images look forced.
 
Did anyone else notice the remarkably ICANesque "computer-enhanced" satanic skull outlined by the bumps on Janet's nipple?

Where is ICAN, anyway? As our resident expert on hidden satanic faces, he needs to weigh in on this one.
 
I vote spoof. No, wait, they're wackos. Uh... never mind, it probably doesn't make any difference either way.
