... alleging sexual assault and harassment... and more

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/may/15/rudy-giuliani-lawsuit-noelle-dunphy-sexual-assault

Accusations include

- Abuses of power
- Wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment
- Wage theft
- Alcohol-drenched rants that included sexist, racist and antisemitic remarks

The lawsuit also included an allegation that Giuliani asked Dunphy “if she knew anyone in need of a pardon” because “he was selling pardons for $2m, which he and President Trump would split”.

The complaint added that he told Dunphy she could refer people seeking pardons to him as long as she avoided “the normal channels” of going through the office of the pardon attorney, a role within the Department of Justice, which could be subject to public disclosure.
Giuliani, the filing says, “began abusing Ms Dunphy almost immediately after she started working”, making clear “that satisfying his sexual demands … virtually anytime, anywhere … was an absolute requirement”.

The document is filled with lurid allegations. Giuliani, it says, often demanded that Dunphy “work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her.

“When they were apart, they would often work remotely via videoconference, and … Giuliani almost always asked her to remove her clothes on camera. He often called from his bed, where he was visibly touching himself under a white sheet.”

Now that does sound familiar

Given his public performances that I've seen over the last few years that he is a functional alcoholic seems reasonable. With as ever a wide variation in how functional.

I watched one video about this lawsuit and they sneaked in Giuliani in drag being snogged and pawed by Trump - a little bit of well poisoning but was funny to see it again.

Trump, MTG, Boebert, this guy* . . . party of family values.

Family of party values? Party that values parties?

*ETA: Forgot Brett Kavanaugh.

Party that devalues consent?

I'm not quite sure I understand the nature of their relationship, not that it excuses anything.

The woman was ok with servicing the guy up to stripping for him and giving hummers as part of her job? Then he wanted to bang her, but she said no but did multiple times on different occasions anyway?

I mean, transactional deals are ok I guess, if illegal, but this sounds like a squirrelly claim. I mean, she must be professionally talented enough to work elsewhere, and exceptionally so to work for one of the most prominent (if revolting) guys in the national stage. There's an uncomfortable aftertaste of opportunistic after-the-fact lawsuit here.

MAGA will let him self-imolate and not mention his name anymore. It'll be like Rudy never existed or was a part of MAGA.

Rudi betrayed Trump first by keeping the irrefutable evidence for Trump's win and Biden's cheating for himself and away from the Courts.

Daniel Gill is also suing Giuliani and the NYPD over the faked assault charge.
