I think I got my microwave from Argos. I don't own a Segway as it's not legal to use them on British roads or pavements. And to be honest, it would probably cause me more pain to stand for that long than to just walk.

Before clicking the link, I actually scrolled back up, in mild surprise, to see if Biscuit had actually been suspended or banned. But yes... things do make a bit more sense now.

And since we're on the topic of aliens... sort of...

The poster was banned for "unusual spamming", which appeared to include posting an e-mail address all over the forum. His posts have now also disappeared; my personal speculation is that he was spamming somebody else's e-mail address. There's a question in Forum Management to try to elicit a little more information.

Either that, or he was just too close to blowing this whole thing wide open, so he had to be "disappeared".
