Ok, I am not very scientifically proficeint, but this seems pretty "Woo Woo" to me...am I missing something, or just ignorant as I've long suspected?

It's more audio woo-woo. I've seen this page before. This guy sells a whole line of silly audio "enhancement" stuff like special markers to mark your CDs with. I think jj may have had a run-in or two with these people, but I'm not sure.

The directions for use seem so involved that there is plenty of room to claim user error if it doesn't work.
