So one time there was a pet psychic on a local call in radio show and she was putting forth all sorts of increadible info such as; if you stare at your pet it will feel your psychic energy and look back at you at which point you can start sending psychic images to each other.
Now this womens patter sounded pretty routine so I decided to call in with a slightly off kilter quesion. I must add if she had been a skilled charlatan I don't think she would have ever let me lead her down this road. I got the impression she really belived the stuff she was saying.
So anyhow I call in and it goes about like this:
Me: So I can send psychic images to my dog?
Her: Oh yes.
Me: Now I have read that dogs can be as smart as young children, is that true?
Her: Yes it is.
Me: So if I put a book in front of my dog and sent images to him of each word I could teach him to read?
Her: Why umm I never really thought about that but I suppose you could.
At that point the host got nervouse and abrubtly said he had to take a break and hung up on me. The dog never did learn to read.
