So yes, they did cancel the Egypt portion of the trip, and they've replaced it with an extra day in Jerusalem and a day in Athens, Greece.

Because of this, I've lowered the price a few hundred dollars and changed a few other things around. While we won't get to see the pyramids this time, we will get to see the Parthenon and associated structures AND, most important of all, we get to see how the Athenians pronounce "gyro."

Antarctica would be interesting, but very pricey, and they don't let the larger ships disembark there. It's on my big list though.

Hmmmm... do I still want to go if I have to settle for Greece instead of Egypt?

HELL YES I DO!!

:cry1 You folks go on and have a great time without me! (Except for Scrut: I hope your time is miserable.)

I'll be a good sport about it. You can feel free to brag about how excellent this trip was, to my face, if you want to. I won't be jealous. I'll just be sure to head into Greece at some other point in time.

And, I'll go to Egypt, too, once they're done rearranging the place.
