Ohio the Garbage Dump

Well if it makes you feel any better, Pyrrho, Ohio isn't the only state to be used as a general dumping ground.

Pretty soon, every bit of nuclear waste produced in the nation will be shipped to Nevada. I don't like it either.
 
Michigan also has a trash import problem. We even take it from Toronto Canada! Previous attempts to restrict it have been found to be in violation of NAFTA.

Another attempt to stop this is underway again. This time we are trying to enforce our own state standards on the imported trash. No batteries or other items that we put deposits on, such as soft drink bottles.
 
If your states all pull together and do your parts, you can reverse the national trade deficit. Import garbage from China. Import garbage from the Phillipines.

PS - continue to import garbage from Alaska.
