Ah, those were fun days. I remember they claimed to have an anonymous backer who was going to fund the $50 million needed for their commission. I was almost hoping that they would get on the ballot and that their initiative would then pass, just so they would have to announce tearfully that it turned out that Charlie was a little buzzed that day and doesn't remember promising the $50 mill.
