This case was being tried where I live. Can't wait to see what kind of sentencing he receives.

I would have preferred his plea to be not guilty. There is a movement in Colorado to recognize homeopathy as legitimate medical practice and have it's practitioners licensed. Although the case was more about fraud, perhaps a trial would have enlightened a few folks on this dangerous practice.
