That on is a bit tricky.
If it were a question for which 42 could never be the correct answer (e.g. how many fingers am I holding up?) then I would accept it as the Planet X option. However, given how often it was mentioned in previous what-number-have-I-chosen threads and that some people might think it really is a viable option, I must decline. If the last answer had been "Vogon poetry" (or either of George's answers) then I would have accepted it as the Planet X option.


ETA:
I also would have accepted infinity plus 42.

Hmmmmm...that 42 sticks out like a sore thumb...like playing Old Maids with a group of people and its your turn to pick a card from someone who has one card raised up higher than the others. Hmmm.
 
Having used my telepathic powers to read the minds of all those that voted (and my brilliant psychological analysis of those who did post on this thread for their veracity), there are 9 valid votes, excluding those who did not post for multiple numbers.

The true answer is of course, 42 and all nine genuine voters got it correct. I am the one true telepath. Where's my Million?
