I may have posted on here before about the webcomic Mousewax; the comic is drawn by an atheist and has Jesus as one of its main characters. Part of what sets it apart from other comics is that he treats Jesus pretty respectfully -- Jesus is a nice guy, optimistic, a bit too trusting, with lunatic followers. Previous comics have shown Jesus good-naturedly offering some Mormon missionaries a cup of coffee, for example.

This week's story involves Jesus reading a Chick tract. Overall, Mousewax is hit and miss, but this storyline shows potential to be a hit. I share this with you all in the hopes that you enjoy the good parts of the strip's archives as much as I have.
 
I still say the real Chick tracts are funnier.

Darn you. Darn you to heck. Now I am going to be up all night reading through a new webcomic archive just when I had caught up on my to read list.

I agree, but they were terrifying when I was a little kid....

Has anybody seen "Morel Orel"? It's an animated series in the vein of Davey and Goliath gone horribly wrong. Hilarious...but not for kids. You can bittorent it from mininova.org
