And his wife's car payment. FEC found his unethical behavior so odious they created new rules because of his use of campaign funds. On the sillier but concerning side, this guy is such a far right social conservative kook, he accused Disney's Mulan of being liberal propaganda.

The 1999 op-ed ran on a website for Pence’s radio program that was uncovered by BuzzFeed News.

“Despite her delicate features and voice, Disney expects us to believe that Mulan’s ingenuity and courage were enough to carry her to military success on an equal basis with her cloddish cohorts,” wrote Pence. “Obviously, this is Walt Disney’s attempt to add childhood expectation to the cultural debate over the role of women in the military.”

I'd guess this was photoshopped. Her photoshopped into the picture... as I can't see any reason to photoshop her reflection out.

I'm going with optical illusion created by the angle the picture was taken at.

I think you are correct. At that angle her reflection can be completely blocked out by Pence. Kinda like "White-Out".

Yeah, she's sitting a few inches farther back on the seat and if you see where he's resting his arms on the table, she'd be ALMOST completely blocked by his body. "Almost" because I think you can see a bit of her right shoulder in the reflection, but only a very small bit.
