I think that we've all noticed that she's crazy in the head, but for that very reason you ought to give us a link to say what incredibly dumb thing she's done just now.

She wasn't mean...Both Geithner and Berneke had a hard time figuring out what the hell she was talking about. The problem for Geithner and Berneke...is that they can't sit at that table and say..."Congresswoman, I don't think you have the slightest idea about what you are talking about..." So, she gets to pretend like she's making real points...which only matter on the Glenn Beck show and not in the real world.

Only the last time I heard her being flagrantly insane was a coupla days back when she said:

I want people in Minnesota armed and dangerous on this issue of the energy tax, because we need to fight back. Thomas Jefferson told us, having a revolution every now and then is a good thing. And the people -- we the people -- are going to have to fight back hard if we're not going to lose our country.​

Today, it appears that she's just peddling insane conspiracy theories about how those evil Socialist Muslims will Destroy Us All with their evil One World Currency. That's comparatively sane.

This is why I had to ask what she was being mad about now. She is insane on many issues.

Kind of reminds me of that WACer who demanded that a representative from NIST offer some explanation of the molten metal in the WTC and then claimed that his blank look meant that he had been presented with damning evidence and was trying to lie his way out of it when, in reality, the look said "What are you smoking?"

The twit does not have her headbolts torqued right and she sees it as a defect in everyone else's character that they do not admire her.

Anyway, she did just propose an amendment to the Constitution that would prohibit the US from issuing currency not minted by the federal government. Not bad.

I'm fairly sure that the government does in fact only issue currency issued by the government.

The word "duh" springs to mind.
 
She was showboating with Geithner and that whole crap about "show me where in the constitution", and then she went off on this new fantasy about how the US currency is going to be replaced.

My vote is for moron. And that she was on with that dope Beck confirms it.

You know, you could always just become a Democrat. You can start off just being a moderate Democrat, you don't have to become an Evil Muslim Communist Who Hates America And Wants The Terrorists To Win straight off, you can work up to it by easy stages.

Ah yes. It comes back to me now. This is the woman who called for Congress to be investigated for "anti-American views". This is the woman who said:

MATTHEWS: So you believe that Barack Obama may have anti- American views.

BACHMANN: Absolutely. I'm very concerned that he may have anti-American views. That's what the American people are concerned about.​

Well, apparently "the American people" weren't all that concerned. Or maybe a majority of Americans are anti-American ... oh my freakin' sweet spaghetti monster, that's exactly what she believes, isn't it?

The idiots on both sides repel me equally; Dennis Kucinich is every bit the fruitcake that Bachmann is. The problem is that the idiots in my party are preventing sensible resistance to some of Obama's overly-ambitious agenda.
 
She apparently sees a role for the Church in the direction of government policies.

If she can't read the constitution, she fails the literacy test that I require of any politician who expects me to respect their positions.
