Michael Moore – maker of fictitious films

Again, I don't think it's a matter of him relying on a fallacy. He is trying to point out a fallacy by presenting other, perhaps more plausible explanations that were totally ignored. It may be simplistic reasoning, but certainly not incorrect.
If there was any evidence that Lockheed-Martin’s weapons were part of the reason the boys went on their killing spree, I would agree. But Moore presents none.

Moore calls his movie Bowling for Columbine to demonstrate that if Marilyn Manson music was responsible for the killings, then by the same logic, bowling could also have been responsible. He includes the bowling link to demonstrate there is no evidence Marilyn Manson music inspired them to do the killings. Moore does not dislike Marilyn Manson so he points out there is no link. Moore dislikes defense corporations like Lockheed-Martin, so he suggests there is a link, ignoring the logic he just used to dismiss the Manson connection.

I dislike Moore because he uses any tragedy to push his agenda. There is no link between the killings and Lockheed-Martin, but Moore makes one anyway. No attempt to find any evidence, or even consider if there really is a link. His agenda is anti-war, and that agenda is going to be pushed no matter what. He doesn’t appear to care what the real reason was.
