Merck Publishes Fake Medical Journal

Not sure if this has been covered yet or not, but it seems Merck has been caught giving itself favorable coverage in its own phony and supposedly peer-reviewed medical journal.

Ugh. They are just shooting themselves in the foot. They deserve to fall for that one, and take a lot of flak for being a crooked "big pharma" outfit that is self serving.

Ethics is a huge deal when it comes to drug companies. They failed. They failed their research scientists, and they failed the doctors and the public who are relying on their data.

So, what what the heck can anyone do to them? They deserve more than a slap on the wrist for that one.
