An independent individual will be chosen to read a page of material to himself and/or out of my hearing range, and I will tell Mr. Randi the subject matter of the material. Mr. Randi and I will both agree upon the material to be read by this independent individual.
Due to the complex nature of demonstrating the following ability, the nature of the test to prove it will be discussed by Mr. Randi.
I am able to see virtual light with the naked eye.

Firstly, it will not be necessary to conduct the test in a lead-lined room. Secondly, if both you and Randi will agree upon the subject matter to be read prior to the test, then you would know the answer, wouldn't you? Or perhaps you misstated your intentions in this regard.
Thirdly, please define what you mean by "I am able to see virtual light with the naked eye", and please tell us what this has to do with the test.
Please be as specific as possible in your response, as this information is required in order to determine an acceptable method of testing your claim. Once we have received this information from you, we will then be able to process your application and begin the protocol negotiations.

Two weeks after I sent this reply, we received the letter back with a red P.O. stamp that said, "NO SUCH PERSON AT THIS ADDRESS."
We never received any further correespondence from her, so her file was eventually closed.
