Interesting problem.

His name really isn't "Connie Mack", it's "Cornelius Alexander McGillicuddy", just like his father the senator and his great-grandfather the manager of the "A's".

Could someone change his legal name to "Connie Mack IV" and show up in Washington for the swearing-in of elected Congresspersons saying, "They elected me, his name is 'McGillicuddy'!"

Or is there a "known as" exemption or something of the sort involved?
