E-mail is getting to be so unreliable, I thought I'd post this here as well. The schedule got completely munged.
Ahoy!
The summer is upon us, and the Amaz!ng Adventure is getting closer every day. I have some important information for you...

Ahoy!
The summer is upon us, and the Amaz!ng Adventure is getting closer every day. I have some important information for you...
I don't have e-mail for everyone who's attending, so please be sure your cabin mate sees this.
- We'll be sailing with a very diverse group of about 70 people from several different countries.
- Ages run from the 20's to the 70's.
- There are about a dozen folks from the forum as well as many who've attended a TAM or two.
- The state with the highest per capita attendance: Vermont!
- You will have all morning Monday the 28th in Fort Lauderdale. What to do?
- Most hotels will grant a late checkout for the asking
- Beaches are only a couple miles away
- Visit the Museum of Art for FREE (opens at 11:00).
- Check out trendy Las Olas, a couple miles away.
- Catch an IMAX film or space exhibit at the Discovery Museum of Space and Science.
- Most hotels will grant a late checkout for the asking
Here's a checklist of things you should have done or be doing soon:
- Arrange for flights, if needed. The airport code is FLL. If you're leaving Florida on September 2nd, try to book flights after 11:00am. That will give you plenty of time to disembark and go through customs.
- Arrange for hotel on the night of August 27th if you're attending the Bon Voyage party at the JREF.
- US residents, gather your Birth Certificate or Passport (recommended)
- International folks, you'll need your Passport.
- Register online with Royal Caribbean (This greatly speeds up check-in time)
- If you're going to wear a tux or gown on formal night (many are!) and you want to rent for delivery on-board, visit http://www.cruiselineformal.com and get your order in.
And some things I need from you:
- Please tell me via e-mail how you'd like your name to appear on the printed certificates. Each passenger will have their own certificate (unless you tell me otherwise). If I don't hear from you, I'll take my best guess.
- Please RSVP if you're going to attend the Bon Voyage party at the JREF. I need a general idea for numbers.
