I have a question.
Didn't schools teach, long ago, religious things such as creationism?
If so, how did any graduates go on higher education and become informed?
 
I refer you to "Scopes vs. the Board of Education of [I think Kentucky, but I may be misremembering the state]." 'Tweren't easy.
