Jeff says it might have been him, but if so, DJ would have changed all the passwords when he kicked Jeff out of the playground, and it's doubtful that the email address associated with the account even exists any more.

I've seen that happen with website domain names I've let expire. It's happened a few times on a whim, especially early on, where I thought I had a great idea for a site and quickly bought a domain name, then only to do little to nothing with it. I let my term expire. Out of curiosity, sometimes years later, I'd do a Whois and find the domain had been snapped up by some foreign entity who was doing absolutely nothing with it.
