Hey, so now I reveal my real reason for joining this forum. I need you guys' help:

This thing has been built in my school, and I'd like to know whether the school is blatantly endorsing woo-woo, or whether this is some sort of parody or "art piece" without serious woo-woo intent. I've tried to do some research on the Kabakovs, but I haven't been able to glean much about where they might stand. Any information would be helpful. If this is intentionally woo-woo, I'm surprised I haven't heard of anyone protesting it, especially with Dennet working here.

Well, it's an art installation and they're artists, so it's serious art and rather typical of what they do: http://www.ilya-emilia-kabakov.com/

The style is called "avant-garde". They don't necessarily believe anything there; they make up "what ifs" and speculations for the art of it.

BTW,that's the WORST designed website I've seen in a long time! They should fire the web designer.
