I vote parody.

"we're serious like global warmingz" is a dead giveaway IMHO.
 
I almost don't know how to respond - it is a parody similar to what MAD would turn out if they decided to take out the twoofers.

Personally, I think the most obvious sign that it's a parody is the fake Cheney picture at the bottom.

Plus, it's much more eloquently written than the average CT web-page.

Unfortunately that's all too real.
But as it was created by someone who is a member here (I think he's still here anyway) further comment may fall foul of the current stricter moderation.
