Is this common knowledge in the U.S?

I was listening to "As It Happens" on CBC radio (canadian, eh?) June 17. In the segment listed in their archive as "In a Michigan moment" they were talking to a Canadian from Windsor and an American from Detroit about establishing a Minute Man border watch in the area.

The American was Kevin Fobbs of WDTK talk radio in Detroit. When asked about the security of the border he said that it's known that 11 of the 19 terrorists who attacked the WTC came through the Canadian border. When challenged on the accuracy of the statement he said something to the effect of - that's what has been reported.

Before I go any further- none of the 11SEP01 crew came through Canada. Not one.

Does anyone here know of this guy? Is he a credible journalist? Does his radio station do any fact checking? Is this typical of radio news, or talk radio news, or is it completely aberrant stupidity.

Well.... if he is in Detroit, he sure as hell would like to get out. Seems that he hit on the critical, earth shaking issue of the moment and he hopes that it will lead to a NY slot.

Aside from that, I am sure that he is quite sincere.

It was my understanding that they did come through Canada. It wouldn't be the first time I went along with the crowd without questioning. It happens.

What is the truth tedly? How did they arrive in the States?

It was my understanding that they were all born and raised in Canada, by French speaking socialist metrosexual gay wannabes that drive Volvos, and only took brief training in the Middle East, converted to Islam, swam across the river dividing Canada from the U.S., and did the deed. I heard it on the radio. Are you still gobsmacked?

I heard they were all cloned and raised in Canada, by French speaking socialist metrosexual gay wannabes that drive Volvos, and only took brief training in the Middle East, converted to Islam, swam across the river dividing Canada from the U.S., and did the deed.

Is that wrong?

I heard they were all cloned by Michael Schiavo and raised in Canada, by French speaking socialist metrosexual gay wannabes that drive Volvos, and only took brief training in the Middle East, converted to Islam, swam across the river dividing Canada from the U.S., and did the deed.

Is that wrong?

I heard they were all cloned from unchristian stem cells and raised in Canada, by French speaking socialist metrotransambisexual gay wannabe stoners that drive Volvos, and only took brief training in the Middle East, converted to Islam (both Sunni and ◊◊◊◊◊, swam across the river, naked, dividing Canada from the U.S., and did the deed.

I heard that they were all cloned by Michael Schiavo from Michael Jackson's DNA and raised in Canada, by French speaking socialist metrosexual gay wannabes that drive Volvos, and only took brief training in the Middle East, converted to Islam, swam across the river dividing Canada from the U.S., and did the deed, but that the Jewish banking cabal that paid for it is now covering it up.

Is that not right?

I think you would understand better my gaffe if you watched the documentary Canadian Bacon. Look, these folks are out to get us. That's a proven fact. Look at all of the Canadians who have infiltrated the entertainment industry. Reason would dictate that we assume that the worst possible of threats would come from the North. Let's be honest and willing to confront the problem and yes, let's use the word anexation. It's an idea whose time has come.

Didn't we already do that? I could have sworn they were a terror-tory

You know, one hates to fit the imperialist stereotype, but oil is pushing 60 bucks a barrel and all those tar sands are just sitting there! We'll start with Alberta then -- they're pretty much red-staters up there anyways and probably won't mind as long as we give them an NFL team and tell them they have better rodeos than Texas. We'll wait on the other Provinces until we're out of timber or fish or whatever they have in cold storage for us.

North? North you say? Well, bucko, I have three little letters for you:
D E W L I N E

Well, 7 letters.

And from what direction is the threat from? North by friend. North.

Annex Canada?! With what army?

You can't even find enough soldiers to properly secure two small third world nations! :p

Yea, but for Canada you don't need an Army. Sure, they have a tank but they can't seem to maintain it. We could send the boyscouts.

Mmm, that may be true. I mean, I'll bet that in the Paranoid States of America, even the boy scouts are heavily armed... ;)

What was that phrase - "From coast to glistening coast"? Something like that. "Manifest Destiny" : I'm pretty sure on that one. It did include Canada and all of Mexico, not just the bits that were gobbled up before interest waned.

How many times has the US invaded Canada now? Every now and then there's an article in Military History magazine about another debacle I'd missed. Even the bloody Fenians invaded Canada from the US once (after the Civil War, the idea was to capture Canada and exchange it for Ireland. Bold but not terribly practicable). Come on. Faits mon jour.

Oh yes. They are all quite skilled with all seven blades, including the can opener. And because of their stringent recruitment techniques, not much given to the flirtations of metrosexuals with french accents.
