...from the idiot running around with the microphones.

Man that was a blast. Thank you all so much. It honestly was my "bullsh*t" Woodstock.

Some funny moments:

Me: So Penn, is it indeed tricky to rock a rhyme?
Penn: It's tricky to rock a rhyme on time.

I have a recording of Adam Savage admitting he has Jessica Simpson on his iPod. I got to buy him a beer and grab his ass when getting my picture taken with him.

Meeting Kramer rocked, and being introduced to Randi was a huge highlight. Who knew he was that good a dancer in Penn's shirt?

Meeting Jeff Wagg, Terry, Lost Angeles, El Spectre, Roadtoad, Treble Head, and everyone else whose forum id I can't remember right now was amazing, fun and about the best time I've had ever.

Check skepticality tomorrow for the interviews I got. Should be good times...

P.s. I totally farted while interviewing Kari from the Mythbusters. Thankfully she didn't seem to notice (or is a great actress.) I thought that was a poignant and amusing moment.

To everyone I was at TAM4 with: Thank you so much. Can't wait till next year...

Love and hugs:

-Fowl.

fowlsound is incredibly cool. In case anyone didn't already know.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. We're still recovering from the wonderful topics at the conference.

My students think that it is totally awesome that I got to take pictures with the Mythbusters (but especially Kari, for some reason).

That ass of yours is going to end up getting you in trouble. I am sure that she is desenseitized with the farting though. It would have been funny and for a little while an inside joke if you could have worked it into the podcast.

James Randi is my Titanium Superhero :o

Hmm... You might be too new to know that James Randi is a Superhero. Fowl, on the otherhand, is the one true Titanium Superhero. Feel free to look into the archives to learn more.

I was sooooooooo close to asking about if she herself lit her farts...

Fowl: So all of the listeners want to know if you are one of the ten percent of people whose farts contain methane.
Kari: (gigles and blushes)
Fow: I just want to know. . . can you light it?

Kari: Sure can. It's how I weld Buster back together!

Captain Titanium!

It was a great pleasure to meet you, Karate Girl, and Rich "What's In Your Wallet?" the Viking.

I met so many cool folks at TAM4 that I just can't wrap my head around it all.

Since you guys are in my general neck of the woods (the Midwest), drop me a line if you're ever around the Chicago area. My email address is lowryclan@yahoo.com

I shall occasionally bounce around the JREF forum, so I'll be seeing the virtual you around.

Cheers - Mattus

Derek and Swoopy wanted to know what equipment you used - they were quite impressed with the sound quality.
Oh, and watch for TAM5ites next year with titanium implants - we could be the first cyborg skeptical meeting.

oh, and some of my collection...
