Not really, it is jsut that if you look at the last "picture" the 4 guy are interwined each head on the lap of others, and you cannot remove one without the construct failing => it looks irreducibly complex (like the creationist pretending the eye is irreducibly complex, or the blood cloting: remove a component and you are in trouble) . But once you add the first picture, it is quite clear that step by step you can reach the final position.
