iPod Nano questions

1) Can the Lanyard headphones be used together with the Radio Remote ?

2) Anyone used the Nike + iPod Sport Kit ? Impressions ?

3) I see several workout headphones and armbands. I'd like to know which headphones stay in place and which armabands can also accomodate the radio accessory.
