If 'Bush/Cheney did it', why aren't they still in power?

Truther tinfoil hatters like to suggest GW Bush and/or Dick Cheney ordered 9/11 and a coverup so Bush could assume dictatorial power. If they went through all that effort, why would they willingly step aside when Obama was elected?
I lost count the number of times Truthers predicted that Bush would suspend the presidential election and declare himself leader for life...But it never came to pass, and Truthers seem disapointed- They need something or someone to hate.

Since Bush & cheney are out of office...could that mean....Barack Obama was behind 9/11? They point out 'Obama' and 'Osama' sound similar. so was Obama the true 9/11 mastermind? It wouldn't shock me if Truthers try and pin 9/11 on Pres obama- but these days most of Truthers seem to blame the Jews for 9/11- and ALLWAYS make excuses for Islamic terrorism.
 
Alex Jones now thinks Obama is all part of it. However, one of the biggest reasons for the severe decline in the interest in the 911 tm was the win by Obama in 2008.

Sane, reasonable, honest people would at least consider the fact that these predictions failed (along with the failure of many other predictions of doom and gloom around every corner and event) as a problem that at least opens up the possibility that this 911 CT is not valid. And there may have been some that realized this stuff was ridiculous after such failed predictions.

The problem is that the majority of people that have an unyielding death grip on all this 911 cult nonsense, are not sane, reasonable or honest.

I always wondered what would happen to those kids that never took their education seriously and refused to learn even the basics before eventually dropping out. Now i see that allot of them end up in CT cults. Totally scared of reality and paranoid of the world around them because they lack the ability to understand even the most basic things they would have learned had they paid a little attention even in school.

It is amusing how many of these Truthers think they have a vast knowledge of physics and chemistry....Next time a Truther goes on about thermite, ask them to describe in detail 'what is thermite, how is it manufactered'- odds are you will get blank stares...
 
I read on other forums that Obama will use the Patriot Act to suspend the next election. When I ask these jokers how the Patriot Act can be used to suspend elections, I am accused of being an Obama supporter. I have been accused of being much worse, so it does not bother me much.

I really do not understand why Obama's race offends so many people. He has got to be one of the whitest black men I have ever seen on TV. :)

From what I've seen, usually the proponents state that Bush is merely a front, or a puppet, with Obama simply taking his place.
Meanwhile the puppeteers are controlling things behind scenes.

Likely with cool mustaches that they spend hours twirling their fingers in, y'know, between tying young maidens to tracks.

When people like Glenn Beck (and supporters) call Obama a radical left wing Marxist (or in Beck's words. 'A Marxist, communist, fascist, Maoist'), I find it odd, as Obama is conciderably more centrist that liberal Democrats would like. Obama has lost a great deal of support from those on the far left. True Marxists laugh at the comparison- Obama is a corperatist- 'Obamacare' is still a for profit enterprise, hardly socialized medicine.
The Democrats are not as far left as the Republicans are far right.

Obama bashers hate him for 3 reasons- He's a Democrat, he's black, and he's not a fundamentalist Christian. It can't be beacuse he's a reckless spender- GW bush spent $ like a drunk sailor, and Republicans didn't have a problem with that...


(disclosure- I'm an independent- disgusted by the Christian zealotry on the right, and the apologists for radical islam on the left)

When I ask truthers why Obama hasn't exposed the master plan of Bush/Cheney since he would relish the oppurtunity to stick to them, I get a reply similar to this:

"Wow, you're an idiot sheeple, Obama ia part of the NWO, just like GW and Dick."
 
Technically Obama is not black, he's bi-racial, half black, half white. It's kind of stupid how in our society, people mixed white with another race are always labelled as the other race even if they are 50% or more white. But to the haters he's definitely black enough to be hated.

What i wonder is why didn't anyone ever mention any black people in the "NWO" before Obama's election? Until then it seemed to be only whites and "da Joooz" in the NWO. Is Obama the only NWO member of color? What about asians or even eskimos, any of them in on it?

I find it quite funny how the nutjobs have scrambled, and are still really stretching and reaching to figure out how to weave Obama into their fairy tales after the election. Not only did most of them believe these predictions that there would not be another president, they didn't even conceive of the idea that if there was, it would be someone that is considered "non-white". How come they couldn't predict that if they are so onto the NWO and it's plans?
 
When Obama received his first security briefing from the NSA I don't suppose it started off with "BTW, in case you don't know, Bush ordered 911". You underestimate the power to create paper trails of pure fantasy to placate the Big Other.

Ooh ya, that is one thing that always struck me as ... strange? Bigotted? Nuh, plain racist. First black President? In 2002, Halle Berry was called "first black woman to win Oscar for Best Actress". Same deal: She is English as much as she is African by descent. But both Obama and Berry were raised by their white mothers and are largely socialized outside of African-American culture. When people make race an issue with them, it really is only about race, not about culture, heritage, character. So that constitutes racism.
Excuse my regress to Nazi comparisons, but I am currently reading Raul Hilberg's "The Destruction of the European Jews" and just read the chapter on defining Jews two days ago. Not even the Nazis classified people with 2 Jewish grandparents as Jews, they called them Mischlinge (mixed ones). Why are Americans with only 2 dark-skinned grandparents and obviously light complexion called "black" so routinely?

All the CTers consistently fail to factor in China, India and Russia into their world view. If the NWO is so powerful, so world-dominating, why are there no Chinese leaders at the Bilderberg meetings? Where are all the Indians and Russians? How come China is slowly but surely replacing the USA as the dominating power, when the NWO is so surely controlling everything?

Anyway, it's worse than this. The NWO groupies that are my Facebook friends are also the anti-immigration crowd. They compare themselves with 60s radicals and the union movement in the 1920s and 30s, as well as claim there's a worldwide conspiracy. But there's no solidarity with those poor colored folks the NWO is forcing into poverty.

It was fun for about 6 months. But it's just plain stupid for much longer than that.

While there is a linear left/right to the political spectrum, their core beliefs are not.

Go far enough left and far enough right, and many of their issues are the same. Issues are a circle. They just disagree on how to get there.

Even the far left and far right wing Truthers share similarities in their conspiarcy theories, such as the tendency to pin the blame of 9/11 on the Jews.
