Quantum jumps between two discrete positions are here. Granted, it is still at a nanoscale, but who knows?

This doesn't translate into hyperspace jumps. The oscillations involved are not through any energy barrier (so-called quantum tunneling), it's more akin to a tuning fork vibration. Not to mention the requirement that the whole thing be done at super-cold temperatures (in this case a mere 110 millikelvin). It's cool, and may indeed see use in very specialized applications, but this isn't anything like quantum teleportation or hyperspace jumps.
