How to make an easy fortune

Who knows, maybe "wog" has lost its negative connotation? There was a stage show a while ago called "Wogs Out of Work".

But was anyone paid more than a token amount for any interviews? Not a very PC video.
She will be a 15 minute wonder I'm sure, but she's not bad looking, in a tarty sort of way, and she does have a high profile agent, so I'd say high five figures at least.

Yeah, "fortune" is probably overstating it a tad.

You are only allowed to use the word if you are one and use it ironically or comically.

I would advise against walking up to someone of mediterranian or middle-eastern appearance and say "hey wog".;)

Yeah I saw that, but she's still on Sixty Minutes tonight. Easy money whatever she gets.

This includes Sixty Minutes? Fair enough I won't argue, but I can't imagine anyone appearing on that show without payment.

As an American, might I ask, "wog" is not a word that people use in polite conversation in Australia? I read the link in the OP and watched the video, but am not sure what else is going on here. Veiwers thought she was cute, then what?

From memory it was used to describe Greeks and Italians by people who did not like migrants. This was in the days they were coming into the country on a large scale. Not used much now as they have been replaced by the Asians especially boat people.

They didn't think she was cute, they thought she was a bogan.

"TV interviews Group of Intellectuals outside Strip Club at 1 a.m."

Now there's a newspaper headline we all expect to see any day now.
