Ok, I went down and gambled the rent money.... (well... $10 of it) and came back up with $15.10!!

I figure $5.10 isn't a huge winning, but it was enough to be worth quitting happy with.

How is Vegas treating you?

Put $5.00 in a slot machine, at the moment it's $23.50. :)

Right now I am up 3 floors. I will be going down shortly for breakfast, after which I will be going up to the sessions, maybe back down for lunch, back up for more sessions, down to go up to my room, then back down to dinner/a bar, and eventually up to my room.

In other words, I should pretty much end up back to where I started.

Was up $38 at lunchtime.

Am now down $2 at dinner.

Scrut, I've been looking for you and everyone seems to know who you are but nobody can ever find you in a crowd. Will you come introduce yourself to me on Saturday?

So you guys are all over there together in Vegas, and still communicating via the forum? :D

It took me forever to figure out the machines.

Okay, I push the button two times and I get a audible "WARNING" signal.
I push it a third time, I get an electric shock.

If I hold down a distant lever and hit the button with a thrown rock, then I get a victory song and a DHARMA fish biscuit comes out of the hopper.

It took me awhile, but I figure that I'm ahead now.

I'm down $30. I get too impatient with slot machines and start to "max bet" till all the money is gone.

I have the "impatient" problem too, which is why I play pennies. I either lose until a certain amount, or as soon as I'm up a couple bucks, I quit.

I'm down a total of $10, but I didn't gamble at all tonight.
