Quick note - the problem with Youtube videos not embedding on the forum appears to have been fixed, thanks to ZiprHead. If you do still see problems let me know.
You've got the worst of both worlds. Now you have to make sure your hardware works with both OSs, you have two system to troubleshoot instead of one, you have to worry about multiple access to the same data files, you have to get two programs instead of one for any service or software you want running all the time (such as firewall or antivirus), etc, etc, etc.
Of course, that's my opinion. I'd much rather buy a KVM switch and a seperate MiniMAC, considering the extra $600 investment isn't much when compared to the costs of additional software, hardware, and time, and then I'd be able to run both simultaneously, without risk of poor interaction or interference.
I'm more interested in seeing some clever soul getting Mac OS to run on a PC. Not just "emulated" but some sort of direct translation method of emulation. I've heard it should be possible now that the current Mac OS supports Intel processors. I'm sure ol Steve wouldn't be happy with that though.
