Someone leaked the GITMO operations manual. I didn't have
the time to read it yet, but I thought I share it with you for
those who're interested in internal procedures...

Joint Task Force Guantanamo (JTF-GTMO) standard operating procedures (SOP) for Camp Delta (Guantanamo Bay prison). This is the primary document for the operation of Guantanamo bay, including the securing and treatment of detainees. The document is extensive and includes, in addition to its text, forms, identity cards and even muslim burial diagrams. It is signed by Major Miller, who Donald Rumsfeld later sent to Abu Ghraib to "Gitmoize it". It is the subject of an ongoing legal action between the ACLU, who has been trying to obtain the document, and the Department of Defense, who has withheld it in full. gitmo-sop.pdf

I'm kind of lazy. Can someone read it for me and point out beatings and killings and bamboo under the fingernails?

I note "Phase I Behavior Management Plan" denies them a Koran as part of their disorientation techniques, while Phase II allows it.

I wonder what phase the Taliban, Al Quaeda, or heck, for that matter, Saudi Arabia allows prisoners to have Bibles?
