Get Your Ghost Child Drawing Today!

Looks like the MTV logo to me. Still, it's got to be better viewing than most MTV stuff.
 
And the seller didn't say it was a drwing of a child - he said it looked like a ghost drawing by a child's hand.

If the TV was worth $1000, (his ludicrously optimistic starting price) I wonder what it was doing hiding in the basement. Just inject a little woo, and who cares if the TV works or not? :D
 
Heh. Anybody who's female out there will immediately recognize this as a slumber-party ghost story, with props and everything. You sneak downstairs to the living room and draw the tiny picture in the TV set dust while everyone else is upstairs in the bedroom playing with their hair and gossiping. Then you get them cranked up about weird noises in the house. And then they're so busy chasing ghosts around the house and scaring themselves by jerking closet doors open suddenly and screaming that they don't notice the little drawing on the TV set, so when the time is right, you suddenly stop and stare at the TV set and go, in horror, "OMG!!" And they won't remember that earlier in the evening, you stepped out "to the bathroom" for a minute.

I don't remember ghosts at my slumber parties, but in any case I can't even make out what it's supposed to be. :)

I can't either. There is a little logo-looking thing, then a sort of fat pac-man below it if you look closely, looking like a finger traced it.

Regardless, I hope NO-ONE bids on it. What a scam.
 
Is that a logo? I figured it was the reflection of the window on the front door, or something. I remember our door having a similar looking window when I was growing up.

It took me awhile to see the "drawing" he's talking about. Just for fun, we should watch what happens, and see how much people are willing to pay...

Ah, I bet it IS a reflection. So much for my powers of observation...:(

You're right, RemieV - I just went back to look. Mea culpa.

I also downloaded the picture and fiddled with it in Photoshop. All I can see is a couple of swirly lines, no real picture at all. What I thought was the MTV logo is a window reflection.

I think the Spoon Bent by Uri Geller, followed by Tea With Uri Geller, were the dumbest and the worst. Especially, iirc, someone bid over 1 million dollars to have tea with him.
