German traffic laws

Or that the Germans don't believe that citizens can only do what the law specifically allows them. So instead of saying that it is legal to have sex while driving (sort of implying that there is a law on the books allowing it) you could say that it isn't illegal to have sex whle driving (saying that this sort of thing crops up so rarely that no one has gotten around to making it illegal).

Actually, it IS "legal" to have sex while driving here.
Precisely because there is no specific law forbidding it, as Agamammon (great nickname, BTW :)...) assumed.

However, in analogy to driving while being on a cellphone, an officer could bust your ass for reckless driving, which however, would yield "only" a 40 Euro misdemeanor charge.

May I add: What an idiot... (the driver, not arcticpenguin :)).
